Ifrane is a beautiful town located 65 kilometers south of Fez. Clean and tidy, Ifrane has parks, lakes and Alpine style houses, for what is known as "the Switzerland of Morocco". Ifrane is more an interesting place of passage than an excursion in itself, so it is difficult to assess what to see in it. The most striking is the following: Downtown: This pedestrian area has nice bars, restaurants and terraces, being an ideal place to eat. Stone lion: It is located a few meters from the previous streets. It was carved by a German soldier during the Second World War in honor of the last lion of the Atlas. Azrou is a Berber village located in the Middle Atlas. The most famous points of interest in the town are the forests that surround it and famous by the presence of the Barbary macaques/Monkeys.

Al-Akhawayn University: It was created in 1995 by King Hassan II of Morocco and King Fahd of Saudi Arabia. It is a university that only the richest can afford. To know why, it is enough to go around its campus.
Royal Palace: Although you can not visit it, you can go around the outside with the car to appreciate its magnitude.
